Job on feet. Will this exercise help with strength & pain?

I've been hired at a full-time job (first for me in a long time) I've always had a hard time being on my feet for more than 4 hours without pain in my legs and feet, regardless of shoes. (I wear Dr. Scholls work shoes too)

I'm doing the 30-Day Shred again to get fit, and I throw in a couple of short exercises to help strengthen and tighten certain parts, particularly my legs and arms. I found this workout for calves (I want them to be stronger and leaner over time) Hoping to drop around 10 pounds in a couple of months, with the different routines I'm doing.

Do you think this calve workout would improve the strength in my legs and feet to be able to tolerate standing for long periods of time at work? (I'll be working at a bakery, cashiering mostly)

Any input will be appreciated.
