Down 40 lbs But It's Starting to Get Hard!

Hi, I'm trying to find weight loss partners to help keep me accountable!

I've lost about 40 lbs but it's starting to get really hard to keep loosing more ...
I really didn't mean to loose the weight, it just happened.

Now I need to consider how I lost it and how to either maintain it my current weight or contintue to loose more.

I've started doing yoga 3x per week and weight traiiing 2x per week - and know it's going to change my appettite and probably my weight too!
