Almonds
Apple with peanut butter
Edamame
Smoothie with banana, strawberries, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and chia/flax seeds0 -
Beef jerky, cottage cheese, greek yogurt. Those are my go tos.0

my favorites are:
single serve tuna pouches, 17 g protein per 70 calories.
string cheese- 7 grams protein per 60 calories
hard boiled eggs- 7 grams per egg (70-90 calories)
jerky- (i do salmon, 9grams per 80 calories)
strawberry banana 2% chobani- 14 grams per 150 calories0 -
