This is my first post here with all of you. My goals are to maintain my nutrition while training for a fall marathon. This app has been great just to understand that I have been doing some things wrong. This week is my first week following the marathon training plan and will continue till December 12, 2015. Had a coronary heart scan and it showed that I have some plaque in there. Just trying to stay healthy and eat right so that I can be around for my family.
