Question about Logging exercise doing 30 Day Shred

So I'm starting Jillian Michaels 30 day shred in the morning and I'm wondering which is the best way to log the calories burnt etc.

I currently use a fitbit and wasn't sure wether to just use the steps/cals from that or take off the fitbit and add them manually as something else??

Anyone with ideas?
