Sorry guys i know this is a stupid question,but how would you log those red sugar dummies you get from the seaside ?
I know they are mostly sugar but unsure how to log it

    Don't they give a calorie count on the menu? In California the nutritional information is listed on a menu, or if you ask for it.

    I tried searching and can only find rock candy , maybe i will just list as that , but not sure how much i would take in as you suck on them?
