Working out with a sprained ankle

Today during a run I sprained my ankle resulting in it swelling to the size of a tennis ball and hurting whenever I put weight on to it. Normally, I'd have a rest day but tomorrow I promised a younger sibling that I would go camping which means I will have to eat the food served there and I'd like to get in even a light workout to help balance it a little. Any suggestions?
