Hi I'm Kate finally pulled my finger out after weight has crept on arghhh... plus i was a couch potato. I actually started my journey 3 weeks ago and have lost 6lb need to lose another 19lb. I started to cook everything from scratch again all healthy food lower carbs and stopped eating crap. I joined the gym and have been swimming. I feel better already have lost inches and my skin is clear, am even sleeping better! I'm a mum of 4 so want to set a good example to my kids too. Would love friends on here :-)
