Hello MyFitnessPal family! A 6 year Lapband (409.81 lbs) patient (9/22/2009), with only 60 lbs weight lost (350 lbs). On 01/01/2015, I remove all the fluid from my band due to complications. Still around 350-355 lbs as of since 2013! Let motivate each other to get healthier mind, body and spirit. Please add me.
