My name is Noel. It's a Pleasure to meet all of you hard workers out there. Just keep on pushing and, never give up.i weighed 416lbs 2 years ago and now, I am 320lbs. I have lost 96lbs and I am never looking back. During the two years I have been active, I have received my Brown belt in goju. can u imagine a 416lbs person joining a karate school? i trained my *kitten* off, could barely breath but,, I never gave up, and look at me now? I'm teaching goju to kids and I'm even training my family. And I did this all natural, no surgery, no energy drinks, no protein shakes, noooooo nothing, just my will and my determination. I'm in the gym 6days a week, and I workout 5-6 hrs a day. I have to say though, it is not easy, and it does get hard at times. I have to tell myself every other day, " I have to do this, otherwise, I will not live to see my 35th birthday", so, I keep pushing and working, working and pushing. It's hard work but, it will pay off at the end.I will not go into full details Cause it will take at least 4 hrs to read lol. I would like someone to talk to from time to time, to exchange stories and progress reports on weight loss. Message me if u like.

Hi Noel! I am over 200lbs. and I have been working with a personal trainer three days a week! I tell you it's hard and I sweat like a piggy! I think it is helping even though I look like a cow trying to do some of that stuff! Feel free to add me0
