So i'm 7 months post partum and just started my fitness journey 3 weeks ago and down 7lbs. I've been eating healthy (3 meals + 3 snacks/ day and keeping my calories below 1,600... most of the time) and working out 5 days/ week.

My motivation was because I was so tired and unhappy all the time. I hated looking at myself in the mirror and finally decided I needed to change.

So far, I am feeling great. My confidence and energy level has drastically improved.

This is the longest i've ever stuck with any diet/ fitness plan so I would love to have some friends to keep me motivated and vice versa.

    Hi Lauren I'm a mum with an almost two year old toddler. I feel as though the past two years have flown past and while I have loads of fun with my lil girl, I've been ignoring my body far too much! I have 10kg to lose in short order as I want to try for bub2 soon, and I want to be healthy, strong and fit to carry my next. I also hate looking in the mirror and I don't fit in many clothes as I refuse to buy the next size up, it feels like giving in!!

    On top of this app I'm also doing hot/power yoga three- four times a week and I'm seeing such a difference too. :)
