Strong Curves equipment alternatives

The Glute Ham Developer is a piece of equipment in the Strong Curves program. I don't own it. But I have discovered simple versions using a foam roller.
Straight-leg sit-up (p. 294): Hang your butt off a foam roller, extend your legs and brace your feet under something higher and secure.
Back extension (p. 253): Turn over with your thighs on the foam roller, extend your legs, and brace your feet under a low bed or couch.
Please list any good alternatives to you have discovered.

45* Hyperextension: Foam roller on bench, extend legs and brace feet. You can also do this with a swissball on the floor and anchor feet on wall.0
