I'm in the sixth week of the intermediary phase. Dynamic resistance works and is kicking my butt. I haven't tried the meal plan but I'm counting calories like a mofo.
I'm looking for accountabilabuddies to friend and keep eachother positive and in track? Anybody in a similar boat?
