UPDATED workout routine

Just wanted to fill you all in on my new and improved workout routine. The first one I compiled for myself was a bit daunting. Lol now however I feel like it's within my capabilities. My routine consists of:

30 Day Shred
C25K
Squats (Squat Challenge)
And a few other exercise thrown in the mix

Hoping to see results from this routine, I've heard quite a few high praises for the 30 day shred as well as amazing results.
