lol. . .

So breast just are not the same after breastfeeding, they need a lift. What exercises can strengthen my chest area?

Mine never fully recovered. Bra less, they resemble a tube sock with a small rock in the toe.

But I've got a great butt, so.

Pushups and bench pressing will strengthen your pectoral muscles, but (in my experience at least) it may not make a visible difference in your breasts. Invest in good bras and work on building a nice butt. ;) After breastfeeding four babies, that's been my best option.

Bonus points if you can roll your tube socks up into your sports bra...adds volume that way. You're welcome.

I'm scared that mine will disappear every time I have another kid. LOL. They changed shape with the first one (which mean that I could actually find bras that fit...) but after...well, right now, they're bigger than they've ever been before not breastfeeding, but then again, I'm not so sure I've ever been this FAT before not breastfeeding. LOL.
