S'mores

My siblings are cooking up snores in the back and I'm hesitant to eat one because I think marshmallows have animal fat (I'm vegetarian).Hershey's chocolate has a lot of sugar and I used to have a gram cracker addiction. I have super will power but I hate feeling left out of this once favorite summer past time. Maybe I should stick a snores quest bar on a stick and roast it but I don't have any at the moment and tastes quite more like a cookie then s'mores but I still love it. I like dark chocolate but don't know which would be the best (low on sugar and carbs) any recommendations for a s'mores subtitute?

S' moreos!
Sorry, I had to.
And it probably has all 3 things you're trying to avoid anyway.0 -
Marshmallows have gelatin and are not vegetarian. Apparently there is a vegetarian marshmallow you can buy; one of my friends had to do this for her college-age daughter who is coming to visit for the weekend and is vegetarian.0
