I've stopped and started this thing tons of times but this time it needs to happen if I'm looking to start a family on a healthy foot( and body). Long term, I have about 80lbs to lose, and short term I just wanna be consistent with logging and move every day. I love sports so it shouldn't be that hard! Feel free to add me and send me your best boot camp instructor impressions! I need the motivation! What helps you stay in it to win it?
