hi,
It is so easy to put on weight and leave your shape but its equally touch to shed your excess weight and regain the lost shape.
I read a lot on how people claim to lose weight and get back in shape. some recommends a plan, diet and program. I have tried many but not to any rescue.
Now starting this discussion so that someone put the real story of how to get on with results. I know here at myfitnesspal there are many who have attained their goal of weightloss and got their fitness.
so lets start a journey here on to get real help for myself and others.
I have started a routine from today and will update on this everyday.
