Hi I'm Davey . I started to try to lose weight about a month ago and joined myfitnesspal to track what I was eating. At 4'11 and 164 pounds I have a long way to go to get to my goal. I'm ADD so it goes without saying my attention span is a bit short. I'm hoping to meet some people to help keep my eye on the prize. ( the size 6 jeans that have been hanging in my closet for 5 years) A.T.M I am going to the gym every other day for 1 to 2 hours. Swimming as weather permits. And have cut caffeine and sodas completely out my diet. My biggest challenge is to remembering to eat .
