Hi all,
I signed up to this site a while back ago but haven't used it. I'm honestly a shy person and I don't really know how to go about talking with new people.
I'm hoping this will get me out of this because I would like to have other people to talk with about my journey with my weight loss.
I've tried diets before and none have worked to my advantage because honestly I never stuck to it. I live in the south so there is a lot of fried foods and lots of food that I really don't need to eat. I have however lost 15lbs since last year. Yeah 15lbs may not seem a lot to have lost in year but to me it's a start.
I do have a problem with kidney stones, I get at least 3-4 stones a year, I end up having to have them blasted out because when they are found they are too high up in the kidney and small enough to pass. But as time passes on they get bigger and have to be blasted out. I know that my lifestyle with the way I eat and very rarely exercise doesn't help my situation but when I was put in the hospital last month for having a kidney stone lodged and having a bad kidney infection I knew I had to do something.
I'm hoping to make friends and learn from this site to help my change.
