Last month I set a goal of me being 200 pounds. Well that didn't happen. I found out why I wasn't losing weight...damn CARBS! So I've adjusted that. Now let's see what I can really do. Current weight 214.2

No... that won't be why. Carbs won't affect weight loss (unless you have a medical condition). I had a look through your diary, most entries are in measurements like cups and spoons and slices. This is most likely your issue - inaccurate logging. Weigh everything, you're probably eating a lot more calories than you realise.0

no, you didnt meet it because
(it was unrealistic)
(you ate more than you think you did)
and most likely, both.
14 pounds in a month is unrealistic.0 -
That's a lot to lose in a month. It's probably not realistic.
Are you weighing everything you eat? It's boring but necessary. Measuring in cups and spoons is often inaccurate. Carbs aren't magically preventing you from losing. You are probably eating more than you think.0 -
Weighing everything is a bit of a pain in the beginning, but soooo much easier when you get into the habit. Also fewer dishes to wash. When I first started, I didn't know any better so I was using cups and and spoons. I can tell a huge difference since I've gone to using a scale. My weight is still coming off slowly, but I'm feeling great! It's coming off slowly, but I'm losing inches.0
