I actually listened to the guy. Well, what has he done. Encouraging walking with some high intensity training. Encouraging higher protein and fiber intake with a lower energy density. All good things. Where I take issues. Blood sugar regulation causing hunger. Drinking large amounts of "smoothies". Telling people they have to eat 5 times a day. So, good recipes. Good exercise advice. Not totally bad food advice. Though the smoothie thing might help some people with meal replacement. So... 3 of 5 stars. Not a complete hack, but does cause a few woo's.🤷♂️6
