does anyone know how many calories would be in a plain scone?

Just look for scone in the database.

Depending on the size I'd probably go with 300.

Ya I have been trying to find the cuisine de France scones but they ain't on the database

Scones in the US are a completely different product than in the UK. Not sure where you are from, OP. The UK scones are the best. The ones in the US are like a sweetened pastry, idk why. I can't eat UK scones without clotted cream and jam on them, though, so for right now they're not on my menu, LOL.
