this is how I make my healthy low calories pizza
It is also tasty

For the base, I replace dough with grilled zucchini, grilled eggplant or whole grain rice
For the sauce, i use plain tomato sauce mixed with pizza herbs and spices plus water if needed
For the topping, beans or chickpeas,sliced onion,tomatoes,olives,mushrooms and lite cheese

Bake it until the cheese is golden

Now you got a delicious,low calories and healthy pizza

    I like to use low calorie pita - broil until crisp on one side, turn over and put your toppings on, then broil until cheese is melted. It tastes like a traditional pizza crust and takes minutes - my daughter's favorite!
