Hi everyone. I am new to the forums but not myfitnesspal, as I used it to track my diet during my pregnancy to manage my gestational diabetes and now I am using it to help track my diet and weight loss.
I have around 40 pounds to shed and I just started The Biggest Loser Cardio Max program.
I'm 33 and I have 6 kids and I have been married for almost 4 years. I live in southern Illinois. I just gave birth to mono mono twins in January and I don't get much time to myself, so it hasn't been easy to start a regular work out regimen. My mother in law comes out 3 days a week to help me with them so I am hoping to use some of the time she is here to get my butt in gear. I have an entire closet of clothes I can't wear and it's upsetting that I am still wearing maternity clothes and buying other clothes 3 sizes larger than I should.
I look forward to meeting you all and embarking on this weight loss journey with you.
Weight is something that I have struggled with my entire adult life and before my last two pregnancies, I was in the best shape of my life and I am desperate to get my body back!
