Weigh ALL your food..your medium tomato... half servings of deny's, your fruit tart serving
    Weigh your food!
Don't use cups and spoons or serving sizes

Do this for at least 2 weeks and see if you dont lose weight
    I bet you will :)

still if your logging ( on the other app) is like here...than you need to weigh ALL your food on a foodscale

Two things that stood out from your logging:

    1. Generic entries. Don't use these because they are not always accurate.

    2. Homemade entries. Are these ones that you put into the recipe builder yourself? If not then don't use it. The reason is because you don't know what ingredients were used and while their recipe could be 200 calories for a serving (for example) your recipe could be more than that.

This link does a great job of going through the steps of finding accurate food entries in the MFP database.

Log for a week, every morsel you eat. You were probably eating much more than you thought. Just properly logging usually makes people cut down on food!

Bc it's not home made and I don't cook it and it's not a brand

Ok we understand your frustrated but since we only have two days to go from , youll have to give it more time.
Weigh everything you consume with a food scale. No spoons or measuring cups, just use a food scale always.
Log it here on mfp accurately.
Start a new thread in a few weeks and let us evaluate your situation when there will be more information to go on.
    Best of luck to you!

It takes longer than two weeks (the upper post). Usually if you're not losing, you're not in a deficit. Do you have a food scale?
