Being a lazy butt and not weighing my foods has been an obstacle lately.

Personally, I eat out of boredom so my food has usually been a problem at night, but I just eat a pomegranate now and that keeps me busy for a couple hours lol- highly recommended for people who eat out of boredom...

    Great idea!

Hating exercise (sigh). But I have found some activities I like. Mainly walking in the early morning

I also have a habit of snacking while I read a book. Bad habit, but I have figured out strategies around it.
