Any tips for cutting weight and gaining mucle at the same time

    Exercise and healthy eating. Those are the only true tips anyone can give you. Adding extra protein to your diet, will help with the muscle building. Eat healthy while working out. It will add muscle and you will continue to lose weight, but remember muscle weighs more than fat, so the scale may take some time to catch up with the weight loss. Taking measurements will be a better track of it.
