Someone just told me that you not suppose to count veg. I always did and i use them for my carb.
If that is the case i can eat so much more rice potatoes fruit.

You don't have to count (some?) vegetables if you follow the weight watchers method of tracking food. On MFP, absolutely everything must be tracked. It all has calories

Starchy vegetables/grains (potatoes, rice, etc) add calories fast. Yes you count them.
Vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, etc are very low calorie for the mass. 160 g of broccoli (fills half my plate) may only be ~60-70 calories. I count them but they don't make nearly the dent the starches do.
