Weight lifting

I had a weight lifting session today for the first time in about 3 years. Forgot how much I loved it!! Worked arms today with a personal trainer friend. They are sooo sore, but It's such a good sore

    I think they are sore because I am WEAK. But I feel stronger than every one that didn't pick up a weight today! Also discovered that my left arm is a lot weaker than my right. Which is odd since I'm left handed.

    It might not necessarily be weaker. You could have had more tension in that arm or something as well. One day can be hard to tell. I find when I bicep curl on an incline bench I really struggle with my right arm, but it stems from something other than weakness.

    That makes me feel better. I just assumed I must mostly carry my baby on my right side. HAHA
