At 64, I figured it was time to do something about the slow upward trend in my weight. I found this site and thought it would be a great idea to record the meals and such... and I have been pretty aggressive in the change as the site keeps telling me I need to eat more....
So far, I have lost about 10 pounds and now am no longer considered 'overweight' by the BMI calculation.... but I want to get to 178 - 180 over the next month.
One of the biggest changes I made was to cut out breads and cut way back on sugar - amazing what sugar is found to be in.....
Onward and downward!
