I do 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk. cook in the microwave for 3 minutes on 80% power. 27 carbs and only 1 gram of sugar.0

I have a similar thing. 100 Grams of oatmeal 2 egg whites a few teaspoons of stevia and add water to make texture as you like then stick it in the microwave for a minute on full power once you have mixed it all in. Only 1 gram of sugar and i find im full until my morning snack some 3 hours later.0

I also look at what im eating and see if i can replace it with anything lower in sugar or no sugar at all.0

Real food and sensible portions rather than 'diet' food which in my opinion is a rip off. Breakfast that you can take to work...Greek yoghurt and fruit, a hard boiled egg. Do you have a microwave? If so porridge with anything you like added. Make a smoothie with the milk and fruit of your choice, add protein powder or Greek yoghurt for protein. I don't worry about sugar from fruit, others will disagree. Start cutting back on the sugar you add to drinks, after a while you'll wonder how you ever drank it so sweet.0

On good days I have a yoghurt drink, fruit, green tea.
On bad days I have a kids size box of cereal and coffee!
Cereal isn't a great choice I know, most are pretty high in sugar. But for me it's surprisingly filling compared to other carby breakfasts like bagels or toast etc.. logic says it shouldn't be, maybe it's the milk that does it.0
