You lose weight by creating a caloric deficit.

You lose weight faster by creating a bigger caloric deficit. Granted, this depends on how much you weigh and your TDEE.

According to her ticker she only has 16lbs to lose...in her picture she appears to be thin already.

OP...at 19 with only 16lbs to lose...just watch what you eat...get out and get active...the weight will come off without any extreme methods.
