Apple Strudel Porridge

25g Oats
15g Dried Fruit
79ml Apple Juice
79ml Semi Skimmed Milk
43g Diced Apple
Pinch of Cinnamon

Put the milk, juice and apples in a saucepan and simmer until the apples are softish
Add all other ingredients and cook until they are a consistency that you like.

Mine come to 236 calories. But calories will vary depending on fruit variations and item brands are used.

Tastes delicious.
