I've been watching everything but my concern is sodium.... It's always over and the sugar scares me as it hits the double digets but I'm really getting most sugar from fruit. I have 2 servings everyday and the rest vegetables. I've worked my butt off and Sunday morning is weigh in day, I was 152.6 a couple days ago and then I gained a pound once my period came around. How does one relieve this water weight bc I pound in the water and no matter what my pee is yellow, sometimes clear, sometimes yellow. So how do I cut my sodium and sugar?

There's no need to cut sodium or sugar unless you have a medical condition which requires you to do so, or unless you're cutting for a photoshoot or competition etc.
OP I think you'll be fine. Your water retention will decrease in a week or so, keep drinking water to help decrease it.0
