45 plus lifestyle change

48 years old. And after 2+years in a sedentary job I was up to 294lbs. Decided I need to get serious about my health and do it now. So far myfitnesspal has been great for making me aware of my food intake. Also started membership with Anytime Fitness to make sure I am getting exercise. I like their 24hour access, it fits my night owl tendency to want to work out at odd hours. So far I am down 11 pounds. My goal weight at 6'4" is between 210 & 220.
