10 minute solutions

My local supermarket is having an online sale on workout DVDs and they have 10 minute solutions Dance off Fat Fast and Belly, Butt and Thigh Blasters.
At £5.00 each, its seems like a bargain so I have reserved them for collection tomorrow but I wondered I anyone has tried them?

I basically need to start exercising regularly but struggle to find motivation to go after work everyday so I thought that 10 minutes before work would be better than nothing for the days I don't go.

    I've done a few, they're ok actually! I've been doing the Pilates one recently as I'm injured so can't do my usual work out and I really felt the burn the next day so I say go for it xx

    The Dance Off Fat is fine for cardio. The other program will not target fat loss from those body parts. To learn more about that, Google "spot reduction myth". You'll get better results following a proper, full-body strength program, such as Fitnessblender.com, for example. It's best to do it every 2 days, not daily.

    I started out doing those videos years back. I do agree that those alone are probably not good enough to get you full-blown results (depending on much weight you need to lose), but they are a great start! Plus, as a lover of Pilates, I can say those are a great introduction.
