Emotional

emotional eating is what causes me to overeat every single time. Sad = eat a bag of chips. I've found that exercise is the answer to this because it makes me feel like I have control over my emotions.

    Rule one: don't keep big bags of chips in the house if you're going to eat them all at once.

    Rule two: Eat a small bag of chips once in a while if you have a bad craving

    Rule three: Don't beat yourself up over rule two

    Exercise is key to weight control.

    exercise = being able to eat more
    exercise = not sitting around thinking about eating
    exercise = "feel good" chemicals in the brain = not feeling so sad
    exercise = better fitness level
    exercise = success
