Does anyone have suggestions for a multivitamin for my 15 year old stepdaughter? My wife and I take Opti-Men/Women, and I was thinking of getting that for my stepdaughter as well, but I thought there might be a better alternative for teenagers.

Flintstones Chewables are great. You may not think that a childs vitamin would be sufficient enough, but you actually urinate a lot of the vitamins away in adult pills.

As far as age I don't know..but I personally like Solgar or Rainbow Light brand vitamins. I am a vegetarian, woman and I tend to look for things that have a comprehensive profile with less fillers. Solgar is Kosher, vegan and so is Rainbow Light. They sell Rainbow Light at Target. I'm sure u could find something there

My sons doctor writes him a prescription for his multivitamin based upon his needs. Maybe ask about a prescription at her next visit. Until then, ive found one at gnc that was specifically intended for younger people but i forget the name .
