Holiday cooking without bingeing

happy 4th! I'm cooking a veritable gluten free vegan feast today. Challenge? How not to go over my calorie limit for the day yet still be able to eat with the family. I know the easy part... Eat lots of veggies. The hard part? Control myself with chips and guacamole, potato salad and the vegan gluten free Bruder buns! Hoping stopping to post will remind me I have the tools and knowledge to make it through.
