I struggled with cravings, fatigue, and just a general desire to put off a controlled diet while I was pregnant. I managed to stick with a 2,000 calorie diet throughout my pregnancy coupled with 6 hours a week in cardio. I only gained 24 lbs and as of yesterday 23 lbs of it is gone. I only gained the necessary weight for my pregnancy. I did have to go through three cycles of IVF to achieve that pregnancy which caused me to gain 30 lbs on medication. So today I'm proud of my self control during my pregnancy and I'm looking forward to actively shedding the weight I gained during IVF treatments.

    I had to do 10 rounds of IVF with and aggressive treatment protocol, so I put on heaps of weight despite daily cardio exercise. No weight gain for the entire pregnancy though, except 2-3kgs in the last two weeks (perhaps fluids?). I have lost 12kg 8 weeks post partum but stil have more to lose.
