    I have one down in my basement. I've been thinking of trying it again since it's easier on the joints.

    (Back in the 80's, I used to rebound to the Eurythmics. ;) )

    Rebounding = jumping on small exercise trampoline.

    I use one sometimes (especially if I haven't gotten in my steps). It's a great workout for not only legs, but your core as well.

    Yup, since last fall. I use it as a cardio / strength mix. There are some awesome videos on youtube. I really like the alternative, when it is really cold or wet outside.
