Wedding Woes and Eating Foes

So about a year ago, my best friend got down on one knee and asked me to marry him in front of the castle at Magic Kingdom. It was the most romantic and beautiful moment of my life! And then I saw the pictures... And wanted to cry. I've always struggled with my weight, but at my highest, 222 pounds and being only 5'5, those photos of what should be the most memorable moment of my life, showed me how truly unhealthy I was. I vowed after that, I was going to eat right and make exercise a part of my life. After almost a year of struggling, I am down to 205 and cannot seem to get any lower. I seem to sabatoge myself everywhere I turn. Making excuses on why I can't go to the gym and reaching for late night snacks that are completely not necessary. I don't have much support so I find it very difficult to stay on track. I would love my fiancé to get on board, but he doesn't seem very interested. I am hoping if he sees my success, he will be more apt to come on board with me. I've used this app before and have gotten down to 179 using it in the past. I am hoping that by reaching out to people who are also struggling, I can find the support I am looking for in order to get past this awful slump I am in and make my goal weight by January, when I plan to start wedding dress shopping. I hope that some of you can relate to what I am going through and we can be there for each other on this journey. I sure could use the help!

Feel free to add me! Having the extra motivation really does keep you on track. I know you can do it!

Feel free to add me as support, but know that you have to be ready to commit or this isn't going to work. We can't make you eat less or move more. That's all you girl!

You have to do it for you! Pre-logging your food might help. I do that sometimes!

Pre-logging is helpful. So is forcing yourself to log it even if you're going to go over your calories. Don't beat yourself up about it but do log it. Enough times of seeing you will weigh 4 lbs more in 5 weeks if everyday is like today might make you put the snack back eventually.
