Hi all am back an am fatter I thought I wud try slimming world but lasted a week then went off the rails for weeks so now am bk need to lose this weight xx

    Didnt work for me either although it seems to suit some people and you see great results. Am finding Herbalife in conjunction with calorie counting on MFP is working great for me now :)

    If only a week plz give sworld a month at least. I lost over 5 stone in 18 months with them and my parents do it when they came back from their holidays and feel great.

    Appreciate diff things work for diff ppl as Im now counting calories while doing training at gym but I am very grateful to SW and trust me weekly it may not look great but over a monthly period you would see results.

    Good luck in whatever you do tho.
