Exercise value... Golf with powered cart

Hi all

Played golf today, four hours on course and using motorised cart.
Went to input that and it would have given me some ridiculous value +5000kj.
One does do a fair bit of walking even with the powered cart. But cannot be that much.
Any ideas on a real score for it?
