Deadlifts are going to be your best bet for a back exercise, however fat loss comes from a calorie deficit.0

Pull-ups are a great one for back along with one armed dumb bell rows, bent over barbell rows etc0

Yep, they'll all work different parts of your back. Deadlifts are more of a total body workout. And it varies from conventional to stiff leg to Romanian deadlifts. All three being more focussed towards lower back. But definitely pull ups and bent over BB rows:). My favourites0 -
Lots of different back workouts in the following link and a pretty useful site for weight training programmes in general. It's true that you can't spot reduce fat but if it's a toned back you're after then you can't go wrong with any of these approaches.....

Once again appropriate. You can not spot reduce fat, so doing exercises for that area will increase muscle strength but not reduce fat.
To lose the fat there you need to lower your overall body fat percentage.0
