I am 55 years old and looking to lose 21lb in 2 months!

That's a pretty aggressive weight loss goal. I'm going to wish you good luck, but caution you that unless you have a lot to lose, 21 pounds may be too much. When I was losing, I had to remind myself that I didn't put the weight on fast, so I shouldn't expect to lose it fast. I've lost more than 70 pounds, but it took me nearly 2 years, because I did it without feeling deprived (I ate what I wanted, just within the calorie limit that MFP gave me.... and if I went over my calories, I just tried not to do it again the next day).0
