I want to reach my goal

Hi I am not exactly new to MFP or to weight loss but i do need to lose a further 14lb to reach my goal of 50lbs by september. I have been attending a weight loss group but am now doing more regular exercise and want to follow a more sustainable nutritional regime . Have people found that this system works and do you have any tips, how quickly did you see a change in your weight and would you recommend it for reaching my goal. Would people advice that I increase my calorie intake if i am exercising regally, the system increased your goal amount but not sure if i should eat more to improve weight loss? Thanks
