Ready and motivated!

I've been overweight my entire life, but when I graduated high school a couple of years ago, I was finally at a good weight. Unfortunately afterward, life caught up and I put back on most everything I had lost. After working in the real world for a while, I decided to join the Army. So my motivation and goal is to meet the physical requirements to enlist. It helps me to have a solid goal in mind, not just wanting to drop the weight. What are some goals that keep everybody else motivated?
