Hi there,
My name is CeeCee and I had a baby 13 months ago She is perfect. I am however struggling with my weight loss still. I gave birth at 200 lbs and this morning weighted in at 151 - So, I am doing ok - but I thought after a year I would be back to my 120 lb self again. I have set a goal of 21 more lbs to lose and I am hoping to do so by the new year. My problem is mostly eating whatever is convenient...and not thinking it through.
Nice to meet you!!!

Welcome to MFP!
Congrats on the baby and losing 51 pounds!!!!
You already know what your issues are so you can easily fix them.
When you have more time, prepare the foods you WANT to eat and keep them conveniently available to you.
Prep is everything in calorie counting.
You CAN eat your favorite treats if you include them in your calorie goal.0 -
Thanks! It is nice to meet other people who want to improve - and help me do it too!!0
